I’ve been sitting here for days looking at different binary options trading strategies, but the more I read, the more confused I get. Some say you should only trade with the trend, others enter from levels, and others just throw everything in with indicators. I’ve tried a couple of versions on demo, and it seems like something works, but then in real trading I start rushing and everything goes to hell.

I’m curious how this is actually set up in practice for you guys. Do you stick to one setup or keep adjusting things to the market? I still haven’t figured out what matters more — the strategy itself or discipline, because without discipline even a working idea quickly turns into nonsense. Maybe someone has already found a normal approach for themselves and trades steadily without unnecessary fuss?
